A new congressional bill would free up researchers to study modern cannabis products. Will it pass?

San Diego Congressman Scott Peters introduced a bill that would set a national research agenda for studying marijuana. It would also allow researchers to buy and test the many products found in legal cannabis shops. KPBS Science and Technology reporter Thomas Fudge has the story.
