Trickiest part about registering for medical cannabis card in Utah in the EVS

0

Most new cannabis patients who receive a cannabis recommendations from one of our QMP’s get stuck in their registration process at this point.
Your QMP already uploaded a certification to your application a couple of days after you created your application on the State of Utah’s EVS website, to get a medical cannabis card. In order for you to be approved you MUST add my certification (your QMP) to your application and submit it. You will then be asked to make a payment to the State of $15. Once you complete that portion of the application the state takes approximately 5 days to approve the card, and you print it off online. If you have not done this, nothing is happening on approval by the state for your card. If you need assistance because you are unable to figure it out, contact the Center For Medical Cannabis, Utah Department of Health at (801) 538-6504.
